STEP 1: INTEREST FORM

Complete our Interest Registration Form here. This form gives us the information to determine when and if a spot is available for your child.

STEP 2: WE CONTACT YOU

Upon receipt of the Interest Form above, you will receive an email reply from our Assistant Director, informing you of openings and tour appointments.

STEP 3: FACILITY TOUR

Tours are scheduled held by appointment on Tuesdays at 10:00 am with the Preschool Director. The tour will introduce you to the classroom environment, curriculum, daily schedules and more.

STEP 4: COMMITMENT FEE

Once space is available and you have decided to enroll, a Registration Fee commitment of $150 ($225 for two children) is required to hold the spot for a maximum of two weeks. A start date will be agreed upon at this time.

STEP 5: ENROLLMENT PACKET

Upon payment of the Registration Fee, you will receive an Enrollment Packet either via email or hard copy from the preschool office. See the list of enrollment documents below. *Please Note: Proof of Current Immunizations are required by State Law prior to enrolling.

-ADMISSION AGREEMENT - GKP policies and regulations (signature required)

-PERMISSION AGREEMENT - Permissions for programming (signature required)

-ENROLLMENT/ FAMILY SOCIAL INFO - Household contact info and child background

-DISCIPLINE POLICY - GKP behavior plan (signature required)

-SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE FORM - Consent to various social media (signature required)

-FINANCIAL AGREEMENT - Tuition, fees, late policies, withdraw (signature required)

-AUTOMATED PAYMENT PROCESSING - Procare Form for electronic payments

-CA STATE LICENSING DOCS - Parents’ rights, child’s rights, health history

-PHYSICIAN’S REPORT - Physical and current immunizations (physician’s signature)
